How the Game Works

Students play in small groups of 2–7 players. Each learner receives:

• Mini‑whiteboard set

• Ladder from 0 to 1,000,000 (included)

• Player token

• The Race to a Million Edition card packs and answer key

Learners read each gapped sentence, choose the best answer, and write the letter on their mini‑whiteboard. When everyone is ready, the teacher reveals the correct answer. Correct answers move the player up the ladder; incorrect answers follow the teacher’s chosen rule (stay put or move back one rung). The first player to reach one million points wins.
